I'm Nicola Taylor, a change and transformation expert with over 20 years experience in the not for profit sector.
WHO I AM
As an experienced change lead and project manager, I have a deep passion for supporting charities on their path to success. I have worked in the international and UK sector supporting both charities and foundations of different sizes and complexity to drive forward organisational transformation and change.
I am a powerful driving force turning ambitious vision into action and impact. I bring purpose into focus and make lasting change happen.
WHAT I OFFER
I am a qualified change management practitioner with certifications in agile change, change portfolio management and neuroscience for change. My area of specialism is systems & technological transformation, business process improvement, target operating model design and cultural change.
I bring 20 years of project management experience, successfully delivering projects end to end and also refocusing and redesigning projects which have gone off course. I am adaptable delivering a hybrid service of both change and project management as requested by the client.
I am a good questioner and a great listener, creating space from within an organisation to help drive forward solutions. I guide with clarity, curiosity and courage, helping others to come with me on the journey and see possibilities they hadnt imagined.

Whether you are thinking about implementing a new project and don't know where to start or have a project that is stalling I can provide leadership, direction and energy. Establishing governance structures and reporting mechanisms and driving day to day project delivery to achieve your goal.
TRAINING
I regularly create bespoke training and resources packs in both project and change management. I love passing on my knowledge and experience to others, energising and empowering managers to successfully lead and manage change themselves.
